What should I wear?

Think Martha Stewart barn party.  The gym and auditorium are not air conditioned, so it may be very warm.  Dress attire is casual, comfortable and cool. Women arrive in casual sundresses.  Men have been known to wear dressy shorts and short sleeve shirts.

Do I need cash? What are my options for payment of my purchases?

You will need cash for the bar. 

The silent and live auction, as well as the other activities, are paid for by using your bid numbers which you receive at check-in.

How long is the silent auction?

The silent auction starts at 6:00pm and ends at 8:00pm.

How long is the live auction?

The live auction starts at 8:45pm and ends at 10:00pm.

When can I check out?

Check out begins at 11:00pm Saturday night.  If you have to leave earlier, you can also check out on Sunday morning from 9:45am-12:00pm.

How can I help?

Volunteer before, during, and after the event.

Donate items to the live and silent auction.  Private donations include everything from hand made greeting cards to vacation homes to tickets to sporting events.  All proceeds go directly to Annunciation School, improving the education of our children.
